Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant

Description: Assist Financial Advisor in serving clients by creating applications and forms paperwork and account maintenance. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers. Greeting clients, office management, and calling existing clients on an ongoing basis.  Must be willing to work independently in a small office setting. Prior investment or insurance clerical experience is a plus and will be compensated accordingly.

  • Answer incoming phone calls with excellent customer service
  • Welcome visitors in a friendly and positive manner
  • Data entry into company programs
  • Scan and file electronic paperwork
  • Assist with office tasks and projects as assigned
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Accurate data entry/keyboarding skills
  • Must be bondable
