Client Services and Relationship Coordinator

Financial Solutions and Investments is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Services and Relationship Coordinator to become an important part of our team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and support a Financial Advisor in helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service by answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients
Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain advisor calendars
Prepare applications, forms, account paperwork, and account maintenance requests
Enter and maintain client information in CRM systems
Scan, organize, and maintain electronic files and records
Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Contact existing clients regarding paperwork and service requests
Support daily office operations and help create an outstanding client experience
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and professional appearance
